Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) container burrata cheese broken
- 2-3 peaches or nectarines pitted and cut into wedges
- Rainier cherries pitted and cut in half
- 5 oz. cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
- 3-4 Persian cucumbers sliced and cut into half-moons, optional
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1-2 Baguettes sliced & toasted for serving, optional
- Assorted crackers for serving, optional
Instructions
- Find a beautiful plate or board. Arrange each ingredient vertically.
- Drizzle the burrata with good quality olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
